Private One-To-One Breathwork
This 1.5 hour guided breathwork helps the body complete unfinished stress responses so you can return to a steadier baseline and meet day-to-day challenges with greater adaptability and resilience.
Sessions take place online, allowing you to experience the work from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Because most of the session is experienced lying down with your eyes closed, many people quickly forget the screen is even there.
You remain in control throughout the session, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body. Nothing is forced, you’re simply guided and supported as your body processes what it’s ready to.
When progress keeps stalling
Sometimes we know what matters to us, and yet moving forward doesn’t feel straightforward. This represents as decisions getting delayed. Momentum dropping off. Things that felt clear on paper somehow stall in practice.
It’s easy to assume this means we need more motivation, discipline, or better thinking. But very often, that isn’t the issue.
What’s actually happening is that the body may still be holding unfinished emotional responses from past experiences. Until those responses have the chance to resolve, they can quietly influence what feels possible, safe, or reasonable in the moment.
When that happens, progress can stall even when you genuinely want to move forward.
What happens in a session
Each session is private and guided at a pace that works for you.
We begin with a short tracking conversation to understand what’s currently getting in the way and what you’d like to move toward. This isn’t about analysing your past. Instead, we focus on what is active right now and how it’s influencing your day-to-day choices and follow-through.
From there, you’ll be guided through a breathwork practice designed to help the body complete emotional cycles contributing to delay or overwhelm.
Most of the session is experienced lying down with eyes closed while following guided breathing and music. The process is steady, supportive, and responsive. Nothing is forced, and you remain in control throughout.
We finish with time to settle and integrate so you leave feeling grounded, clearer, and better resourced for the steps ahead.
Trauma-informed support
For those working with past or overwhelming experiences, sessions are guided using trauma-informed principles.
This means we prioritise stabilisation, pacing, and nervous system safety. We do not push into re-living experiences. Instead, the focus is on helping the body feel more regulated and supported, building capacity gradually and responsibly.
All clients complete a health and contraindications form before booking to ensure breathwork is appropriate and safe.
No prior experience is needed. And all sessions are guided in response to what your body is ready to process at the time.
All you need is a quiet space, somewhere comfortable to lie down, and headphones if possible.
