This is a private 4-week 1:1 support process that evolves with you week by week, combining guided breathwork, structured support, and practical integration tailored to what’s coming up for you in real time.

How we work together

This is a 4-week private 1:1 process designed to help you work with the patterns contributing to overwhelm, emotional friction, and difficulty following through.

We begin with a short onboarding process to understand what’s currently feeling difficult and what you’d like support with.

Each week, we meet online for a guided 2-hour session tailored to your individual needs and pace.

Sessions combine guided consultation, tailored breathwork, and integration support to help you recognise and work through the patterns contributing to overwhelm, shutdown, emotional friction, and difficulty following through. Each session also includes space for reflection, practical application, and adapting the process to what’s unfolding for you week by week.

Sessions take place privately online via Zoom, allowing you to experience the process from the comfort and familiarity of your own space.

You remain in control throughout, and nothing is forced. Sessions are guided responsively to what your body is ready for at the time.

Trauma-informed and paced appropriately

For those working with past or overwhelming experiences, sessions are guided using trauma-informed principles.

This means we prioritise pacing, stabilisation, and nervous system safety. We do not push into re-living experiences.

Instead, the focus is on helping the body feel more supported, regulated, and able to build capacity gradually over time.

Before beginning, all clients complete an onboarding process so sessions can be tailored appropriately to your needs, goals, and current circumstances, while also ensuring breathwork is suitable and safe for you.

No prior experience is needed.

All you need is a quiet space, somewhere comfortable to lie down, and headphones if possible.
